I was reading an article called "Commuting Is Bad For Your Health, Studys Says" This article talks about how people commuting for 30 to 60 minutes can become stress and people commuting for more than that doesnt. in the article is says " Researchers analyzed 21,000 people between the ages of 18 and 65 who worked full time and commuted to work. Results showed that those who traveled by car or public transit suffered from more stress, poorer sleep quality, exhaustion and felt that they struggled with their health.". I agree with this because it's makes alot of sense. when your commuting for a short amount of time you want to get home really fast so there for you rush to try and get home and when you hit traffic you become stress because your time is being added on to. I also agree because it says people who have a longer commute time has time to actually relax witch is true because if you know it takes you a while to get to where you need to be then you would want to take your time and not rush.
